Happy New Years Folks!

I've been still hitting the gym every few days. I missed a couple before Chritmas due to work commitments but overall pretty reliable.

The nice thing is I've actually dropped a few pounds since the beginning of December rather than the normal gain during the holidays.

As for my knee, it's still feeling much better although not 100%.

My workouts still include 20 minutes on the treadmill at about 4 MPH, a pretty brisk walking pace.

I expect to keep at this through January and hopefully at that point can kick into some running on the treadmill.
