Batman, is a 20 + year software industry veteran from Toronto, Canada. I'm a father of 2 and married to my marvelous wife Boni for 35 years! My blog is simply a log of my personal experiences, professional activities, and just miscellaneous ramblings as we move through the years. Currently I'm very active on a C25K running program and I expect I'll be putting a lot of emphasis on it in my posts. Thanks for stopping by. I look forward to any feedback or advise.

Being injured isn't being a wimp. It's about recovering and preventing further problems.
Don't forget, there are a whole bunch of people rooting for you to get back on track.
Take care, man.

It's too bad you'll have to skip the 5k, but it is good your taking care of it before it gets hard to cure. I'm glad the physio thinks you'll be able to take care of it regularly quickly. However, reducing your coffee?? That sounds like torture to me!! :)
Good luck with the recovery!
